Genuine XADO, straight from the source

Every can we sell comes directly from XADO, sealed with a tamper-evident cap. You can also have it fitted at our Nairobi service centre if you’d rather not do the oil change yourself.

A new engine costs hundreds of thousands of shillings. Looking after the one you have starts with four litres.

How to use

• Check your owner’s handbook for how much oil your engine holds. Most saloons and small SUVs take between 3.5 and 4.5 litres, so one 4-litre can usually covers a full change. Keep a 1-litre can for top-ups.
• Warm the engine for a few minutes, switch it off, then drain the old oil.
• Fit a new oil filter.
• Pour in XADO 5W-30 C23 Nova Drive and check the level on the dipstick.
• Run the engine for a minute, switch off, wait, and check the level again.

For a cleaner start, use XADO VitaFlush in the old oil before draining it.
