XADO Maximum Automatic Transmission for Diesel Truck is a treatment for the automatic gearboxes of trucks, buses and other heavy vehicles. The automatic gearbox in a truck or bus is one of the most expensive assemblies on the vehicle, and one of the hardest to have repaired. It takes the full force of a big diesel engine and a heavy load through every gear change, hundreds of times a day, in traffic, on hills and in the heat. Few workshops can rebuild one, parts are slow to arrive, and the vehicle stands idle the whole time.

So it pays to look after the one you have. Inside the gearbox, the gears, bearings and valves wear a little with every shift. Over time the changes grow harsher, the gearbox grows noisier, and its response becomes less sure.

This treatment works on that wear directly. As the gearbox runs, Revitalizant forms a ceramic-metal coating on the surfaces of the metal parts and restores their shape. Surface defects are smoothed away, and the coating cushions the extreme loads a heavy vehicle puts through its transmission.

A fair word of caution: Revitalizant restores worn metal surfaces. It cannot mend a gearbox with broken parts, burnt clutches or an electronic fault. If the gearbox is slipping or dropping out of gear, have it diagnosed first.

How to use

The transmission fluid should be clean, so apply the treatment after a fluid change or to fluid that is still in good condition.

Warm the gearbox to its normal working temperature. Squeeze the full contents of the syringe into the transmission fluid through the filler or dipstick tube. Then use the vehicle as normal.

Choose the number of syringes by the fluid capacity of the gearbox: one syringe for 10 to 20 litres, two for 20 to 30 litres, and three for 30 to 40 litres.

Do not change the transmission fluid until the treatment has completed.
