XADO Restoring Grease is a universal grease for bearings, joints and mechanisms that have begun to wear. It contains Revitalizant, our technology that rebuilds worn metal surfaces while the part is in use.

Ordinary grease has one job: to keep two pieces of metal from grinding against each other. It does that well for as long as the surfaces are smooth. Once a bearing or joint has started to wear, though, the damage is already there. The surfaces are scored and pitted, the part runs rough and noisy, and fresh grease can only slow the decline.

This grease goes further. As the part turns, Revitalizant forms a ceramic-metal coating on the surfaces that rub together. It smooths out scuffs and tiny cracks, clears surface defects and traces of corrosion, and helps the parts recover their original shape. The grease then lubricates and protects in the usual way.

How to use

Fit the 450 ml cartridge into a standard grease gun.

For parts with grease nipples, wipe the nipple clean and pump in the grease until fresh grease appears. For parts you pack by hand, such as wheel bearings, clean out the old grease first, then pack the bearing fully with XADO Restoring Grease and reassemble.

The restoring effect builds as the part runs under load. Once the part has been restored, XADO recommends moving to a protective grease for routine regreasing.
